Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ryan has over 4 years of management experience across multiple industries and in various disciplines. Ryan is a result – driven professional with a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. Ryan is skilled in problem-solving, effective communication, and team collaborations, Ryan brings a vast amount of experience from a myriad of industries including property management, construction, sales, and private contracting.
Ryan is OSHA, CPR, First Aid, and AED certified. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte NC and is the owner of BullsEYE Photography. Ryan is also a co-owner of Bulls Investment Properties, a family-owned business that operates and manages rental properties, in the state of South Carolina.
Judy Sanders-Bull
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Judy has over 30 years of corporate and management experience. Prior to retirement, Judy was a program director with a local non- profit in Charlotte, NC for over 20 years. In this position, she managed a team of social workers to provide case management services and support to teens and families in Mecklenburg County. Judy holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Counseling with a minor in Psychology from Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC. She is a chartered member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and was the chapter president during her tenure at Charleston Southern University.
